Clery Incident Reporting
The George Washington University has identified staff and faculty members who are Campus Security Authorities (CSAs). CSAs are individuals who are involved in security or who have a significant responsibility for student and campus activities.
CSAs are required to file a report any time a reportable incident is reported to him/her.
- If the incident has the potential to be an imminent or ongoing threat to the University, the CSA is required to immediately notify GWPD at (202) 994-6111.
- If the incident is not imminent or ongoing, the CSA is required to fill out the Clery Incident Report Form.
